Depicts simulated injury to a 7 y/o child’s lower leg apparently inflicted by a knife. A child appears quiet, and a knife appears on the floor between the child’s legs. Bystander seems to have applied a tourniquet to stop the bleeding and is attempting to assess for a distal pulse.

TEACHING POINT. Noting the lack of gloves - could be due to gloves being unavailable to lay provider or due to a training situation.
